❔ What makes Casa Perla special?
Casa Perla offers a peaceful escape surrounded by nature, with stunning views over the valley and mountains. At the same time, beaches, restaurants and villages are only a short drive away, making it the perfect base to relax and explore the Costa Blanca.
❔ Who is behind Casa Perla?
Casa Perla is a personal project created with love and attention to detail. We are Noor and Iben, and we transformed this villa into a place where guests can experience the perfect balance between comfort, tranquillity and authentic Spanish living. We personally select our recommendations and are always happy to share our favourite places to eat, explore and unwind.
❔ Where is Casa Perla located?
Casa Perla is located in L’Atzúbia, a charming and authentic Spanish village in the Costa Blanca region. Nestled between mountains and orange groves, the villa offers peace and privacy while still being close to everything you need. The beaches of the Mediterranean are just a short drive away, with towns such as Pego and Dénia nearby for restaurants, shopping and local experiences.
💶Booking & prices
❔How much does a night at Casa Perla cost?
Prices depend on the season: from €107/night in low season, €145/night in mid season, up to €250/night in high season. Select your exact dates on the booking calendar to see the precise price for your stay.
❔Is it really cheaper to book directly than through Airbnb?
Yes. Our website rate is always our base price. Airbnb listings include an additional service fee on top, so booking directly is always cheaper, with no platform fees added.
❔Do you have a local guide with tips for the area?
Yes. Every guest receives our personal Costa Blanca guide with restaurant, beach and hiking tips, whether you book with us directly or via Airbnb. You can already take a look before you book.
❔What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. Full details are shown at checkout before you pay or at the payment info section.
❔Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, a minimum stay of 5 nights applies. If you're interested in a shorter stay, don't hesitate to contact us. Whenever possible, we're happy to accommodate shorter bookings depending on availability.
❔Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a €300 security deposit is required. It will be refunded within one month after your departure, provided no damage has been reported and the property has been left in good condition.

❔Does Casa Perla have a private pool?
Yes, Casa Perla has its own private 10 × 4.5m pool with an outdoor shower, exclusively for our guests.
❔How many guests can Casa Perla sleep?
Casa Perla sleeps up to 6 guests and 1 baby, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
❔ Is Casa Perla suitable for guests with reduced mobility?
Casa Perla is located on a hillside, which means there is a steep driveway and several steps around the property. The house itself is all on one level once inside, but access to the villa and outdoor areas requires walking on slopes and stairs. If you have mobility concerns, please contact us before booking so we can help you assess whether Casa Perla is suitable for your stay.
❔Is Casa Perla pet-friendly?
No, we're unfortunately not able to accommodate pets at Casa Perla.
❔Is there air conditioning?
Yes, every bedroom and the living area have new, energy-efficient A+++ air conditioning. Electricity is included in the price of your stay, based on normal and responsible use.
❔Is there heating?
Yes, the house is equipped for comfortable stays throughout the year. The air conditioning units can also be used for heating, and there is a pellet stove in the living area for cosy evenings. In addition, each bathroom has its own electric heating system for extra comfort during colder months.
❔Is there wifi?
Yes, free wifi is available throughout the villa, suitable for remote working and streaming.
❔ Are there insect screens?
Yes. All windows at Casa Perla are equipped with insect screens, allowing you to enjoy fresh air while keeping insects outside.
❔ Is there a barbecue available?
Yes, Casa Perla has an outdoor barbecue area for guests to enjoy. We kindly ask guests to leave the barbecue clean after use so it is ready for the next guests.
❔ Is the pool heated?
No, the pool is not heated. It is available for guests to enjoy during the warmer months, with a refreshing outdoor shower next to the pool area.
🧺Services & practical information
❔Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and toiletries are all included. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own towels for the pool or the beach.
❔Do you have a baby crib or high chair?
Yes, a baby crib and high chair are both available on request. Just let us know when you book, and we'll have them ready for your arrival.
❔Do you have a washing machine?
A washing machine is available on request for a small extra fee per week. Just let us know when you book if you'd like to use it.
❔ Is cleaning included during my stay?
A final cleaning before your arrival and fresh bed linen and towels are included. For longer stays, additional cleaning, linen changes or towel replacements can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
❔ Is tap water safe to drink?
Yes, tap water is safe to drink. However, many guests prefer bottled water because of the natural mineral taste of Spanish tap water.
📍Location & arrival
❔What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Check-in is smooth and flexible thanks to our welcome video and digital guide.
❔Is there parking?
Yes, our private driveway has space for up to 3 cars. Please note that the driveway is quite steep. If you prefer, you can also park safely on the street in front of the house.
❔How far is Casa Perla from the airport?
Both Alicante and Valencia airports are about 1 hour away by car.
❔How far is Casa Perla from the beach?
The nearest sandy beaches are about 15 minutes away by car, and the port town of Denia is 20 minutes away.
❔Do I need a car?
Yes, a car makes it much easier to reach the beaches, restaurants and hiking trails around Casa Perla, though the village of L'Atzúbia itself (shops, bakery, pharmacy) is within easy reach.
❔Is there a supermarket nearby?
Yes, there is a small local grocery shop in L’Atzúbia, just 1 km away, where you can find basic essentials. For a larger selection, the town of Pego is only a 10-minute drive away and offers several supermarkets, including Aldi and Mercadona, as well as bakeries, shops and other amenities.
