From Belgium to the Costa Blanca: the story behind Casa Perla
In 2024, we discovered Casa Perla as the perfect escape from our busy lives in Belgium. Nestled with the mountains on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other, we immediately fell in love with its peaceful setting and the feeling of authentic Spanish living.
We're Noor and Iben, a Belgian couple who created Casa Perla as a personal project, adding our own touch through the furniture, details and everything that makes a stay feel comfortable and welcoming.
We wanted to create a place where you can slow down, enjoy the sunshine, spend lazy days by the pool and experience the best of the Costa Blanca at your own pace.
We also love exploring the area ourselves, which is why we put together our own local guide, with our favourite restaurants, beaches and walks.

Yes. Our website rate is always our base price. Airbnb listings include an additional service fee on top, so booking directly is always cheaper, with no platform fees added.

❔What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before arrival. The full cancellation policy can be found under payment info and is also shown before you complete your payment.

A washing machine is available on request for a small extra fee per week. Just let us know when you book if you'd like to use it.
❔Is Casa Perla pet-friendly?
