In 2024, we discovered Casa Perla, our authentic Spanish villa, as the perfect place to escape from our busy lives in Belgium. Nestled in the cosy town of L'Atzubià, between Valencia and Alicante, with the mountains on one side and the Mediterranean Sea on the other, we fell in love instantly.

Now we’re happy to share that love with you.
At our holiday villa with private pool, you can experience everything that makes life on the Costa Blanca so special: sunny days by the pool, relaxing afternoons at the beach, cozy Spanish restaurants, scenic walks through the hills, lively beach bars, or cycling adventures in the mountains.

Whether you’re looking for peace, adventure, or simply a taste of Mediterranean life — Casa Perla is the perfect base.

With 118 m² of living space all on one floor, our detached villa is designed for comfort, relaxation, and memorable moments together. It’s the perfect retreat for families or groups of up to 6 people.
